Pros
Used it over a spaghetti strapped dress. They really are cute, semi-dressy shrugs. As expected, an appropriately dark navy blue.
The length (just below bra strap) is perfect, even at my height! Quick shipping. Was perfect for hiding them.
It is cropped and stays open very neatly. This shrug has an open front made with elastic material. This sweater is lightweight, with a quality fine knit feel.
Cons
Fit my chest area strangely and was extremely tight on my shoulders but extremely loose on my forearms. Use caution. This is listed as 70% cotton. It is not!
