Pros
The length (just below bra strap) is perfect, even at my height! This is perfect! The top fits the way a shrug should fit. This is the perfect addition to any outfit.
The quality is as i expected for $30. You won't be disappointed. It is cropped and stays open very neatly. The elastic material is soft and light so you could still wear it comfortably.
"it's a super dark navy and was flattering. The color is a soft lilac.
Cons
Fit my chest area strangely and was extremely tight on my shoulders but extremely loose on my forearms. Use caution. This is listed as 70% cotton. It is not!

I’m usually a smallmedium and the medium fits exactly right so maybe size up if you’re not sure

For reference i typically wear a 2x shirt but if it has sleeves that don’t stretch like a dress shirt or jacket then i have to go up to a 3x because my upper arms are larger than a typical 2x person

My only negative remark if you can even call it that is that it’s more of a warm white color not quite cream as some other reviewers stated but definitely not a brightcool white
