Fabric has a little stretch on the waist. Fabric is more polyester so more costume feeling, but that’sa preference thing.
This is the most perfect pirate skirt! Its very forgiving. Could be for a ring leader, pirate, or saloon girl. It arrived & it is so cute!
Cons
The skirt looks more like a carnival skirt. Product fit is too small for stated sizing. Disappointment for valentine intention.

The full length version of the skirt is wrinkled in the picture because i took it after id worn it all night with the scrunched front
But its otherwise perfect the quality is very nice its just such a differentlooking color combination
