Found this knife through j kenji lopez-alt's recommendation from his video channel. Normally i hesitate buying knives that i can't touch in person because i am picky with how knives feel.
The edge allows effortless cutting and dicing of vegtables. This is the sharpest knife i’ve ever used.
The care in packaging is exceptional. The owner is very enthusiastic and passionate about his product. They stand behind their products.
This knife is extremely balanced with a little heft. Food prep never felt so smooth. I'm curious to see how much the hammered finish helps with food release.
Cons
The knife has two cosmetic blemishes on it. The same blemish twice in a row. The knife costs $135.

Knife came out of the packaging looking great perfectly sharp and feels good to hold in a pinchgrip
Comes in a nice box so it’s perfect for gifting
