Only one caveat—i always order a size up (occasionally two if i sense a growth spurt) because they do run small. My toddler can do it himself!

These boots are actually waterproof. My family lives in northern minnesota where the long winters are followed by cold, muddy springs.
Cons
The heel is mostly hollow air compartments, and when the outer sole began to wear, it exposed an air compartment and the hole let water into my boy's boot! Also without the liner the size we ordered is much too big.

Lots of boots work fine in snow but these are the only ones that are also up to playing in sleet semifrozen puddles icy mud etc

These look like they are good durable boots however mine came covered in dirt and dust and the heels are scuffed
