Bass guitars are just too big and the metal strings can be too rough and stiff to really get into

The wax doesnt impact the tone of the instrument at all as long as you dont put it on the right hand plucking section of the strings

Take care to not get the wax on the fretboard as you apply it or it will leave white wax in the fretboard grains

It took me a minute to figure out that the tuner only works if you have something plugged into the jack
