Pros

My body no longer has the aches and pains it used to, my hair had become stronger, thicker and less prone to breakage as well. If you give it a chance and slowly increase the dosage i think you will see some amazing results.

After breakfast i take multi that contains vit c. Nice sturdy twist off jar. It mixes easily.

Product comes with multiple layers of protection to keep contents dry and uncontaminated. Used to rinse mouth before brushing teeth. Also used for toothbrushes.

Cons

Vanilla tastes worse than cough syrup. Not cool to add toxic ingredients to make it taste like chocolate. Good for one nt.
