Pros

This is better than glucosamine. Adding msm helps your body keep the spinal cord healthy and from becoming pinched. Arthritis is much relieved.

Mixing it with vegan protein powder helps cover the bitterness. There is a little scoop inside the container for measuring 1tsp and 1tbsp which was really convenient.

I like msm because it helps me sleep like a baby. I also see a difference in the length of my hair and my skin is different more glowing. And of course it makes my joints feel more at ease again! And it does!

Cons

Tried for several days, couldn't take the nausea. Nearly lost my cookies. Good chunk of change down the drain.

Not even mixed in with wet food, peanut butter, eggs, kefir milk. Pure msm is supposed to totally dissolve in water.
