Pros

I find this supplement to be extremely beneficial! They remind me of the vitamin c chewables they used to sell in a roll, like lifesavers, when i was a kid. My daughter takes these nightly to reduce headaches and they have been a life saver!

Magnesium glycinate relaxes the muscles and helps one get a great night sleep. It helps more than pt, chiropractic care and massage all put together. I feel the magnesium glycinate did in fact help me sleep a restful night.

Cons

Each tab is 100mg so you have to chew 4 disgusting orange flavoured chalk bits that taste like a mummified corpse. Not worth it. Tasted horrible, hard to chew, and very sour.
