Pros
Product is good but delivery is lousy. Easy adjustment too. It does what it is supposed to, but a bit cheap as mine had the plate on crooked.
Cons
Central puck wobbles around and will not sit in the center position. Inner portion consists of cheap flexi plastic and a bolt that is not aligned. Poor quality, cheap and * finish.
