Pros

They are durable and dependable. The only real downside is that i notice myself getting a wee bit over-confident with these fitted. Worth every penny.

The way that the spikes fit over boots or shoes is snug and holds very well. There were no issues when i went to put them on our big snow boots - they fit snuggly. Not to mention putting them on when needed and removing when not was ludicrously easy.

I am utterly impressed with the design ruggedness. Downhill is my weakness, and these make it simple and save my legs.

Cons

Wonder if their sizing is off. Will be contacting kahtoola to ask for refund or replacement. They downsized the amount of material used to make these items.

The spikes wear down and flatten quickly, and the chain links break. My snowblower is an 18” toro powerlite that isn’t even self-propelled.
