Cable is flexible and looks made from good plastic, which increase durability. The build quality looks solid and the locking tab works well. Sturdy and good quality.
The refresh rate is much better now at 144hz. There is no flickering and the quality is great. Got 60 hz on 4k resolution on mac book pro thunderbolt 2. On osx some times 60 some times 30 hz.
Cons
Cable is defective. For the price, it's not worth the hassle of a return. Swapped it out with the same cable from a different manufacturer, worked great.
