But the usb lock does not keep the head of the device locked into place

So every time i try and plug into a usb port the head of the stick keeps pushing back inside of the case and will not make a secure connection if at all

Update i was very surprised to get an email from seller without sending them any thing offering to take care of this problem

They where kind enough to send a full refund for the purchase of the flash drive since i had already bought a different one

But they also told me they had forwarded my problem to their supplier so hopefully if it is a flaw they can also fix it
