The fitting that plugs into the diffuser is too short it only works when pushed right in at an angle but then the diffuser cannot sit flat if the plug is used in the correct position then the power disconnects

There are no instructions for how to use the remote control

Consequently it is confusing on how to use various buttons to operate it eg the biglittle steam button and lighting button are not intuitive
