It is super easy to mix and drink and is actually pleasant tasting without being overly sweet or tart. The taste is great and it mixes well.

No more concocting creatine, glutamine, beta alanine in a pre or post shake. I am much more responsive to creatine hcl than mono. When i take it for a pre workout, i add 6 grams of citrulline malate.

Cons

Afterglow is much better and worth the extra cost. Makes this look like kool aid. Shortly after drinking my stomach turns sour.
