The bolt fixing are diabolical. Can't get a secure fix so constantly coming lose.

Once you do that its easy to install with the good quality lag bolts
I’ve had mine 6 months and i’ve had no problems with it you can hang a punch bag from the ring as well
Not suitable for anything other than a very sturdy wall

Theres a lot of leverage due to the distance from the fixings

Didnt risk the fixings it came with went for 12mm plugs and wall bolts with a sheet of ply to spread the load
