It does the job perfectly and is multifunctional. Really impressive for the cheapest bench here. For this it performs admirably.

I'm sure it can cope with the recommended weight usage. Perfect for use in my small flat.
The bench was delivered swiftly and was mostly fully assembled. Assemble takes couple minutes. Very good, took maybe 20 mins to unpack and build.
Cons
The assembly manual is incomprehensible. Adjustment of height incline is very minimal. The worst of all - from seller and amazon - the misleading marketing.

Yes its a bit of a faff having to unscrew the two ends each time to fold it up but its really not that bad at all
I bought this looking to do workouts at home this bench is easy to assemble sturdy and man enough for my 200lb frame

When folded it goes to about 20cm

This as the miffed reviewer rightly says only folds down to around 20cm thick which may mean itll slide under your bed or maybe not

I think its probably only 30 degrees up from horizontal at most

I feel it should go to 45 but see why it cant it would need to be taller to fit the extending leg in

You can drop the other end so its virtually on the floor then get a more severe incline but its a weird position and as theres no fixed seat part it doesnt really work you tend to slide down till your arse is on the floor you can still bench like that mind
