It has a youtube app pre installed and a few catch up tv ones but no amazon one

It is not even present in their store app for downloading ones that arent preinstalled

So the only way to view amazon video via your prime account on this tv is if you buy a fire stick

Luckily this is a second tv and my other one samsung does have amazon video installed
