The product is pricey but the benefit far outweighed the cost. Over the many months of taking this product, my hair has grown noticeably thicker and my fingernails are stronger. It's pricey, but worth it.

Orange flavor and mix it with 4oz h2o/4oz pineapple juice and it's yummy! Only very minor complaint is that the packet says to mix with 8-10 fl oz of water or juice, which never seemed to be enough to fully dissolve the contents of the packet.
