Table spoon in warm water keeps me regular most days. I use this to bulk up my smoothies and shakes. Take a large dessertspoonful in a mug of water then refill the mug and drink it all down. Wait a while then have a cuppa.
Cons
This latest product is inedible as it has been reduced to a fine powder. I gather it sets like concrete if taken with hot liquid so may have the opposite of the desired effect! This psyllium is lighter than previous batch and less effective.
