Not used them enough yet to say whether they are having the desired effect but i blend them in my coffee grinder and add to smoothies which gives a nice texture too

Just as advertised quite good stuff and it really works as it says on the tinquality and natural highquality fivestar item will recommend for all good quality well packaged and as expected i use it in my morning breakfast
