Good taste, nice fragrance and lovely tasting. Made some amazing tasting gingerbread biscuits with this. Just the right amount of spice for a ginger biscuit. Strong and pungent flavour.
Good quality product. Excellent in all aspects. Very happy with this purchase. Tastes good. Would purchase again.
Cons
Am ginger lover, but this is the worst one i bought!

Lots of spice so very good value for money only downside is the packaging isnt resealable so need to have a container to keep it in
More packaging required as the bag inside the amazon padded envelope had split so powder everywhere
