I do this in the locker room and then walk out to the pool so it sits for about 1-2 minutes on the lens. I then splash my face with pool water to make sure my face is near water temperature. I apply and rinse the solution as shown in the video.
Cons
Very disappointing. Disappointed in this product. Did not return - not worth the effort or hassle.
Product comes out as a greasy mess (not spray) and it does not do what it is supposed to. Medical eye drops have a one month expiration date after opening. I am really scared to use this on my swimming goggles.
