Pros

Love this keurig flavor, not just for hot chocolate but also to mix with coffee for a home-made peppermint mocha latte. This was the 3rd flavored k-cup i tried (cinnabon & crazy cups frosted oatmeal were the 1st two) this one goes on my favorites ... Read More

Cons

It tastes chalky, weak, and there is barely any peppermint flavor except for the bad pseudo-peppermint aftertaste. It is bland and not at all minty as it has been in the past.

Sensor on machine gives incompatible message. Item can't be returned. Waste of money. Not ordering any more.

Cocoa pods are poorly designed and messy. These pods cause the brewer to shut down. These do not work in a keurig coffee maker as advertised on side of box.
