Pros

Product is realy good and better than my expectation. Allows me to increment my resistance quite nicely. Only issue is the very strong rubbery smell.

I started with this one worked my way down to the 15lb and now i can do my own body weight at least for two sets

I use them in my garage when doing assisted pullups and they are a big help

Im a crossfitter shout out to the rest of you looking for bands on amazon

Also i wouldnt recommend purchasing higher than 50lbs
