Pros
It almost knocks me off balance when i'm not using for a particular exercise. The height is adjustable enough to work for me. Offers safety/stability for this 64 year old obese lady who is unsteady on her feet.
The handle is very strong/sturdy, and easy to assemble. Assembling the rest of the handle bar was very simple. This is excellent exercise tool for me as i have a rod and plate and screws in my lower right leg.
The bar gives me the confidence to do more because i know it’s there if i get dizzy or lose my balance. I know some don’t have it on theirs but, it makes me feel more confident and safe. It makes our trampoline more appealing to many adults.
Cons
Neither leg of the bar actually reaches the ground, so there's zero contact.

We really wanted the quickrelease version of this same bar but they were all sold out so we purchased this one

The handle is very strongsturdy and even though it is not a quickrelease version it still disassembles halfway with the twist of just 2 turn knobs
