It is easy to resize and also comes with a extra cable. The length is adjustable. The cable is longer for most people so a slight adjustment is needed.

Overall pretty satisfied. Thank you viking fit for a good product at a great price. The price is a steal!

The handle and cable rotate very well without any tangle. My only nitpicky gripe is that the rope kept getting caught in the mesh bag.

Cons

The rope itself is aweful and is terrible with regards to changing speeds. On one the jumps i land on the rope and the mechanism that makes the ropa rotate just pops out. Yet it is still better than this sorry excuse for a jump rope.
