Pros

They fit very snugly onto the 3/4 black iron pipe and don't freely spin. They fit perfectly and work well to protect the boards (and the roof racks! Easy to cut to size.

Using for canoe hauling on roof rack. Zip ties hold it in place nicely. Used to pad my trailer for my kayak. Traveled from nj to fl with no issues.

Cons

It is not safe for my kid.
