I expected the software would be something the supplier has developed but it appears they just downloaded free software although very professional one and include in the package

This is the bad one when playing music through the earphones the signal is stereo but when getting it through the usb its mono which really sucks

I had to find maletomale phone cable and connect the player to the computer through its microphone input and it works

Can be used with most any audio capture software but they give detailed instructions to use free software included on the disk
