Pros

The rubber that the tee is made with seems to be pretty sturdy. Overall though, this tee works great, is durable and well worth the money. Thumbs up. Very durable and easy to use.

Solid no frills batting tee. Base plate is very durable and heavy enough to support the post. Post is rugged enough to sustain repeated blows without injuring the players.

Cons

The tee is not connected to the plate and disassembles after every swing. Those are indestructible. It sinks down, especially after placing a baseball on top.
