The speaker volume gets decently loud but it did have some issues with the music skipping when the phonebluetooth device got farther out of range from the speaker

The range when this happened varied from 20ft to 50ft and hard to gauge as the skipping would randomly happen even at the close range and then be fine at a farther range a second later

The last issue i noticed was that you have to hold the power button for a long time to turn the device off as just pressing the button or holding for a few about 3 seconds seconds does something else and holding it for about 56 seconds is how to actually turn it off
