Due to the structure of the headphones it uses the base of my ear as support to prevent any chances of it falling off

Update added a star after receiving a replacement pair newer version than the original which seems to behave better on bluetooth

The product box and instruction manual has numerous grammar and spelling errors this leads me to assume that this product wasn’t reviewed to a great extent before being sent to market
