The only drawback so far is that i cannot figure out how to control the volume from the speaker itself it seems i have to use the device from which the music is coming from in order to change the volume

It was supereasy to turn it on and connect it to my ipad air 2 with bluetooth

Bass response is much more noticeable than on cheaper speakers and you can definitely see large vibrations coming from the sides of the unit where the woofers are the manual claims it gets down to 60hz
