The are easy to secure with the velcro strap. Although its a little tight, i think it will loosen up after my daughter breaks them in for me. The only caveat is that you really need to wear a footie or socks with them.

These are well made and offer excellent traction. They have a memory cushion insole that is wonderful. These are stiffer and a bit heavier than the ones i own.

Jambu mistys are not a deal breaker for me. I have inserts that actually help take up alot of that extra space. I admit, i feel a tiny bit like i'm wearing clown shoes because they are so wide. My heel inserts fit well inside.

Even putting another insole inside didn't help at all. I have terrible feet, and was so excited when i found that jambu dress shoes were extremely comfortable and well made. Now i've decided they're not worth the bother.
