Pros

I was not dissappointed, this one is really nice. Finish goes well with brushed nickel fixtures. Bought a second one for another bathroom.

It definitely warms up the towel but mildly. The warmer works great. It has a consistant warmth on all of the rungs, where that is really nice along with the control and even an indicator light to show when its on.

It takes simple towel management and folding the towel in half for two people to enjoy. Installation takes a little thinking. Had to be professionally installed. Once installed it's very sturdy.

Cons

The mounting hardware is terrible. Installing this thing is a royal pain. So-buyer beware- it was not built to be used apparently.

It heats up until it is hot to touch but does not actually warm a standard size bath towel. At best there are a few faintly warm thin strips where it the fabric was directly in contact with the metal rod.

Nice product easy to install and works well

Very sturdy and holds our two large towels easily

They powder coated nuts bolts are junk i had to run a dye over bolts and tap the nuts to remove powder coat

As for the product it appears to be nice and well made only time will tell

The towel warmer arrived on time and was very simple to install

This was a christmas gift but it arrived on front porch with full size picture and description on both sides of box

Unfortunately my box was damaged during delivery from ups not amazon delivery luckily the product wasnt damaged and works great

Competitiveness

I noticed the decent ones similar to beach towels those do get nice and toasty
