Pros

Was impressed with craftmanship and programming functions. I have only one complaint, which is an issue only if you have an 8-1/2+ wrist. Gorgeous, well made.

Craftsmanship is superb and the watch winder is extremely quiet. Quiet, sleek, and it’s adjustable to your liking! The case itself is very nice, and the motors extraordinarily quiet. The machine operates smoothly.

Wound up my watches and inserted them into the autowinder. Only gripe is that there is no way to expand the cushions that hold the watches as they rotate. The box has a high quality gloss and it looks like a $800+ watch winder.

Cons

The calibrations to wind the watch are way too short.

Amazon asks for the model number of the errant item. I attempted to call their service line and was met with the receptionist. Hoping there’s no issue getting a prompt refund.

If this is how this company does business they should focus on making confetti. The lid for the watch winder had been so poorly made that the hinges and screws had ripped out before i even opened the packaging.

This is an emai i sent to jqueen after my request for service

We initially received the winder with just the foreign electrical power cord and plug

Also the color and texture of wooden box is much nicer than photos

I had it out of the box and going with a watch in place in about one or two minutes

Very nice looking box that runs so quietly that its hard to tell it is on
