Pros

Factory lettering/font style is super close. They look great compared to the old ones that were worn and had burnt out lights. They are replaceable without removing the steering wheel.

Take your time and have patience. Easy installation and works great. A little hard to install.

Used a small screwdriver to pry out, used same tool to release clip for wire harness. Plug in each button.

Cons

Returned product. First the * not fluentl as expected,secund one the lights not working well and third is the information button dose not fit to the plug! Returned them to amazon. Sent back and ordered the dorman.
