The item doesnt come with any instructions but i remember that one of the product images is the instructions so if you purchase and are not sure how to install just refer to that image

Be aware the seal fabric doesnt muffle noise much but you probably wont be able to hear the outdoors over your ac unit anyway

I took one star off because in the super hot months the glue on the back of the velcro strips would melt off

The image on the website is misleading when i got my package was confusing on how it works but come to find out that it only covers long narrow openings in your window

Does not cover the whole window which just happened to be okay for one window that is narrow
