Be aware the thermometer that comes with it is in celsius if you are ordering this in a country that uses fahrenheit and on that notedo make sure to double check the temp gauge it comes with against another temp gauge you have at home that is known to be accurate to assure it is fully cooking your meat and reading correctly

I am not sure if it is oven safe but if it is i would probably not use the lid so it doesnt explode if it tries to expand
