Pros

No guff, this company is no joke. Excellent product. Customer service is phenomenal.

One key part of keeping my pack dry imho is the clip and cinch straps that this rain cover uses. Easy to use with straps.

Cons

All bags are oblong, so terrible design. Clip straps just fall right out of the clips, as they didn't bother sewing the ends of the straps to keep them from slipping off the clips. Makes it too tight and compressed.

Not this leaky coating over nylon fabric. Should have just purchased a waterproof backpack, this is just sooooo irritating.

My bag handled baggage claim well with visible signs of scuffs and wear on the pack protector but none on my actual pack
