Note that it also contains tapioca pea protein and xanthan gum

The product packaging is recyclable once you remove the little plastic window

Also like tolerant the packaging could be more sustainable and the company provides no information about its operations

To me it was the winner if you are purely looking for a glutenfree pasta that has a texture and taste that’s very similar to regular pasta

It’s not particularly great pasta compared to brands like montebello but it’s decent
