Organic einkorn fusilli are the best & healthiest pasta in usa in my opinion. This pasta is delicious and healthy. It is not grainy at all like some whole grain pastas get.
It has a nice chewy texture and a nutty flavor. The spirals are great for grabbing and holding onto sauce. Very tasty too.

I know that this is not gluten free but ive read the results of several studies that shows how in many cases people with gluten intolerances were able to eat einkorn flour without any ill effects
