After about a year one of the two chairs would not remain in position

I emailed joveco asking how i could purchase a new gas cylinder they responded and said they would send it out as a 1 time courtesy for free

The first shipment arrived with nothing in the box

I emailed joveco and they did some investigating internally but could not determine how an empty box would have been sent out

They sent out a second one for me which never arrived ups held it up and cancelled delivery stating the box was empty
