I just want to let everyone know that when the directions say to take off the cap on the hydraulic bar they mean a black plastic cap not the orange tip on the hydraulic bar

Luckily i opened the other chair to see if it was the same but that one had the black plastic cap on it

I emailed joveco asking how i could purchase a new gas cylinder they responded and said they would send it out as a 1 time courtesy for free

I emailed joveco and they did some investigating internally but could not determine how an empty box would have been sent out
