Importantly it really doesnt leak and the flipup spout allows a good volume of water through easily so it isnt hard work to quench your thirst

To keep track of the number of bottles drunk you simply twist the bottom section of the bottle top which then shows an extra dot indicating that thats another bottle drunk

My only real gripe about it is that although the main container can be put in the dishwasher you have to wash the cap by hand and i suspect thats because of the dot gimmick so if youre one of those people who prefers to leave the washing up to their dishwasher rather than faffing about with the sink then this probably isnt the product for you

There is a clicking system in the cap that can indeed show you how many times you have filled the bottle if you remember to click it
