Pros
The blade is razor sharp, and didn't require a lot of muscle to push through the scrape. They have a nicely milled indent for your thumb to gain some extra comfort and grip. Great quality and machining, thick blade.

I have a number of hand planes but only one other very cheap block plane to give perspective to my comments this arrived with rust spots on one side which dont affect the functionality at all

I have found it to be pretty reasonably sharp out of the box

I did not have the issue some have reported with the bed where the blade rests against the plane body being skewed ie not being able to laterally adjust the blade enough to take shavings of uniform thickness side to side
