Pros
One for me and one for my mum. Looks nice too and are lightweight. Only negative is that it’s longer than necessary and i wish i’d ordered a brighter colour because the grey is a little drab.
It actually does what it says on the tin. Easy to activate. Works exactly as described. This is an incredible product.

It's whether it stays "cool" as to whether it's any good. Contacted company and had no response. Wanted for a holiday on friday - won’t get one in time now.
