This was totally wasted money. Just bent the heck out of it. If you have difficult valves, this is not for you.

When i cranked the tool would slip up and around the valve head rectangular plate under the force

Fortunately i didnt need to turn off the water in an emergency but rather to change a cartridge to fix a leaky shower and multiple attempts to turn the water valve off by hand were ineffective and painful

My valve looks like a propeller if you will with a circle center and two tabswings

I placed this key on one of the tabs and the valve easily turned to the off position
