As a landscaper for 14 years. This is the far best i ever used in my 14 years in the lawn care business. Purchased for reseed on lawn after aeration and fertilization for stressed lawn. For reference we live in minnesota and our lawn is all shade.

I was getting worried, but was thrilled when i saw some shoots coming up. It is much more draught tolerant as it’s still healthy. I really hope it survives the winter, and looks this good in the spring.

There are areas where the soil is in fact “top soil” with no sand, but it’s hard and compacted. Almost all this seed sprouts eventually. Excellent germination and growth.

The new grass is darker. Thick, dark green and healthy. I love the color and it's hardy even in 90+ degree heat with a little extra care.
