Pros

Blue color matches old-work boxes commonly found at home depot. Both work just fine.

Great for low voltage gang boxes and electrical boxes. Used this product to install cat 5e jacks for the internet and phone drops. Love this wall template—helps me cut perfect outlet holes without fail.

It's a no brainer for me. The bubble is accurate and is a time saver. It saves you a lot of time and yield professional results.

Cons

Maybe that works for drywall (squeeze it in) but most of my cuts are in cabinets (3/4 inch plywood). Of course, that defeats the purpose of the template.
